Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may be subject to change based on site conditions discovered during installation. We will notify you of any significant changes before proceeding with work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

Scheduling and Delays

We make every effort to complete work on schedule. However, weather conditions, unforeseen site complications, or material availability may cause delays. We will communicate any schedule changes as soon as possible.

Property Access

You grant us permission to access your property during scheduled work hours. We will take reasonable care to protect your property, but you should secure or remove any valuable or fragile items from work areas before installation begins.

Warranty Coverage

We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranty coverage. Specific warranty terms vary by product and service type and will be detailed in your service agreement. Warranties typically cover installation workmanship and material defects under normal use conditions.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate property information, obtaining any required HOA approvals, ensuring clear access to work areas, and following recommended maintenance guidelines after installation.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule services, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice or after materials have been ordered may be subject to cancellation fees.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for consequential damages, underground utilities not properly marked, or conditions not visible during our initial assessment.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to Florida state law in Charlotte County.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
